Most of our clients will spend 15 to 20 minutes simply doing a quick tidying of their home, the fewer items on the floor or surfaces, the more we can clean. Granted, moving items is a normal part of cleaning, but the fewer items the better.
Whether it be directly with us or one of our trusted partners, we can assist you with all household tasks (windows cleaning, airduct cleaning, area rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning).
The simple answer is 100%, yes. The more detailed answer is that all of our staff hold a Level II NATO security clearance. These clearances are updated every 12 months. Having serviced the Diplomatic community for the past 15 years, In addition to the NATO clearance, several of our staff hold clearances with various other Foreign governments. This is a normal requirement to work inside an Ambassadors Official Residence, or inside an Embassy.
All cleanings are invoiced after the cleaning is completed and payable online via credit card. Wire transfer and cheques are accepted from our Diplomatic and Corporate clients.
